Tsele Moloi

Practice Experience

Tsele Moloi is an Senior Associate with MDA Attorneys with experience in civil litigation, insolvency and construction and engineering law. Due to his background in civil and construction litigation, he has experience in all form of dispute resolution and litigation and skills in drafting pleadings for adjudications, arbitrations and court proceedings.

He has been involved in complex construction and engineering law enquiries such as the Grayston Drive M1 Pedestrian Bridge collapse representing the main contractor, and Tongaat Mall collapse representing the engineer.

His experience in construction law litigation and alternative dispute resolution processes is mainly in representing contractors, subcontractors and liquidators.
